Op bedrijventerrein Horstbeek te Hoevelaken, direct gelegen langs de A1, hebben wij 2 representatieve kantoorruimtes van ieder 25 m2 te huur. Deze zijn zowel afzonderlijk alsmede gezamenlijk te huur. De kantoorruimtes bevinden zich op de eerste verdieping van ons nieuwe pand, dat opvalt door zijn industriële inrichting. Op ons eigen terrein zijn 13 parkeerplekken. Via de royale entree, waar zich ook een toilet bevindt, komt u via een brede trap op de eerste verdieping waar de kantoren via een centrale gang bereikbaar zijn. De kantoren kenmerken zich door een vierkante vorm met veel lichtinval en direct zicht op de snelweg A1. De ruimtes zijn voorzien van wand- en vloerbekleding, jaloezieën en airconditioning. Aan het einde van de centrale gang bevindt zich een tweede toilet alsmede een luxe pantry, voorzien van koelkast, koffiemachine en magnetron. Het pand de Wel 5a ligt direct aan de snelweg A1 , op de uitbreiding van bedrijventerrein Horstbeek. De toegang tot de snelwegen van knooppunt Hoevelaken zijn op 2 minuten verwijderd, en station Hoevelaken ligt op ca 800 meter van ons pand.
